“My order was $36 and shipping got added.”
Free shipping starts at $40. Below that, standard USPS rates apply — which on a small order can cost more than the item you left out.

No public one. The two routes that do work on repeat orders are Subscribe & Save at 20% off every delivery, and the “We Made Too Much” section at 30% off with no code. Third-party coupon sites list codes for this brand that no longer work — these two are what is actually running.
When is shipping free?
US orders over $40. Below that, standard USPS rates apply. Orders leave within one business day — up to three during a sale — and most arrive in three to seven business days with tracking.
What is the money-back guarantee?
Joy Organics states: “Try Joy Organics for 90 days, and if you don’t love it, we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.” You request it by email or phone with your order number and they reply within 48 hours.
Do any of the products contain THC?
Some do. Full-spectrum products carry a small amount of hemp-derived THC — 1mg per gummy in the raspberry lemonade jar — and the Delta 9 and Mood gummies carry more, at 5mg per gummy. Those are for adults 21+ and do not ship to Idaho or Utah. A THC-free version exists for most of the range.
